Teaneck NJ, as of 11 a.m., Fairleigh Dickinson University is presently under lockdown due to a reported sighting of an individual with a weapon in the Metropolitan Campus North Parking Lot.
The university communicated the announcement on its campus Facebook page on Monday morning, instructing everyone to stay indoors and implement a lockdown across all buildings.
The university’s post stated, “Police conducting investigation. If you are not on campus, do not come to campus. Those on campus should remain indoors and clear of windows. Do not go to the next class.”
