Initially a Police Dispatcher, Minchin rose through the ranks to become Chief of the Department in 2015. Under his leadership, the department completed and implemented the difficult accreditation process thus establishing the Ho-Ho-Kus Police Department as a top department recognized in the State of New Jersey for following the highest standards and best practices for professional law enforcement.
