Ridgewood NJ, Lisa’s Mediterranean Cuisine at 28 Oak Street, is getting ready for Thanksgiving by sharing the holiday spirit and donating hot Thanksgiving meals to feed the less fortunate .
The Ridgewood Mediterranean style restaurant will be preparing full Turkey dinners for 200 people for Eva’s Kitchen in Paterson.
Eva’s Kitchen was founded in 1982 to help feed the hungry. The first meal of hot dogs and beans was served to 30 hungry individuals in the basement of St. John’s Cathedral, in Paterson.
Lisa is a real ambassador for Ridgewood. She is a business person who walks the walk…

We need more people like her in village hall.

Wait until this “village” gets bigger. The bigger = the colder and not just village hall people. Everyone even your neighbor and yourself. It’s called “progress”, one of those wonderful effects of urbanization.
Village Hall needs new blood and better DNA. So unwelcoming and unhelpful. Heather seems in above her head.
The 2nd best reason to patronize her restaurant . . . The 1st is that the food is delicious!!
