WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 12 to 16 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
WHERE…Portions of northeast New Jersey, southern Connecticut and southeast New York.
WHEN…From 2 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Thursday.
IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
