Ridgewood NJ, Back by popular demand , welcome to NJWS Tuba Christmas 2018! Below is a review of the day and hopefully will answer any questions you have.
When Is the Event: December 15, 2018

West Side Presbyterian Church
6 South Monroe Street
Ridgewood, NJ 07450
Timing of The Day:
4:00 pm – Registration Opens
5:00 pm – Rehearsal
6:30 pm – Dinner
7:30 pm – NJWS Concert
Post Concert – Tuba Christmas Performance (Approx 9:00 pm)
When you arrive at the Church enter the glass doors. There will be 3 registration tables. Please proceed to the table to the left. At that station you will receive a print out of your completed registration form. This will allow us to check you in. You will then move to table 2 where you will get your pin, do your dinner order (pizza & water), and purchase music or TC clothing items. Table 2 will total any charges for the day and you can then proceed to table 3 and pay your bill. Checks or cash are accepted.
DON’T FORGET A MUSIC STAND!!!
Pizza and Water will be available at a cost of $1 per slice or bottle of water.
Following Official Tuba Christmas Items will be for sale as well:
Tuba Christmas Music (Bass or Treble): $20 each
Tuba Christmas Music Large Print (Bass or Treble): $25 each
Tuba Christmas Hats and Scarves (Red, Green, or Blue): $15 each
Tuba Christmas Headbands (Red, Green, or Blue): $10 each
