GOOD LUCK TO OUR NEW VILLAGE GOVERNMENT.As usual, we should give them time and our patience as they settle in.We are in quite a mess right now due to the prior town governments varied and questionable agendas.Onward and Upward we go.
It was a fantastic day for the people. The people spoke and the people were heard. Loud and clear. And let’s just see how low class Albert and Gwenn and Paul could possibly be right up to the end…….they thanked their council colleagues but specifically left Mike and Susan out when naming their names. And this of course was after Mike and Sue gave them each a gift. Low class? No….. they exhibited NO CLASS whatsoever. What a terrible threesome, right up to the end. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
The mood was festive in the courtroom. The outgoing council members did just that and took a hike before the new ones were sworn in.
Like a grumpy John Adams hopping in the public stagecoach and skipping town at 4:30am to avoid Jefferson’s inaugural ceremony later that day…but without any of Adams’ redeeming qualities.
Who is mayor
Was in poor taste to leave them out for sure…roberta was gracious I thought….engineer was probably one of four not standing in ovation for new council…hope he is packed.
Mayor Knudsen. Deputy mayor Sedon.
Susan Knudsen is mayor. Mike is Deputy.
There is more than just a little sweetness to Father Ron giving the invocation. God Bless the new council and Fr. Ron!
JAMES ,w’ere Gonna need a BIGGER BROOM..,,,!,,,!,!,!
I am
Susan knudsen is the mayor; Mike Sedon is the Deputy Mayor.
Susan Knudsen is mayor. Mike Sedon is deputy mayor. All votes unanimous for a change.
Councilmembers Sedon and Knudsen suffered unjustly at the hands of their in-cahoots Village Council colleagues the past two years, there is no question about it. It seems appropriate that they be recognized now for the good faith contributions they made while so consistently in the (artificial) minority by being elevated to their new posts. God bless the new Mayor and Deputy Mayor and may the next two years go much more smoothly for us as a village, even as we dig out of the financial, managerial, ethical, and social wreckage we find ourselves in on July 1, 2016.
Yep, love the irony of Father Ron doing the invocation…
“roberta was gracious”?? why the hell has she not resigned yet? If she came out in opposition AFTER the May 10th election – how can she be an effective village manager? A village employee (manager) does not need to agree to everything that the mayor wants, and does not need to be ‘loyal puppy’ of the mayor, but the system cannot function if she is a political opponent of the mayor. The village employee needs to be neutral. We need a new village manager and Roberta should have resigned by now.
u guys need a bigger broom. yes and her lap dog too. and if any other upper manager staff no good sweep them out too. we are not talking any more bull shit.
