RIDGEWOOD, NJ — The next generation of American leadership is blooming in Bergen County. Grace Kim, a senior at Ridgewood High School, has been named one of only two students to represent the entire state of New Jersey in the 64th annual United States Senate Youth Program (USSYP).

Trenton NJ, almost 10,000 Afghan refugees fleeing the turmoil in their homeland will be coming to New Jersey, and Senate Republicans are calling on New Jersey’s Department of Homeland Security and Preparedness to ensure they are thoroughly vetted.

Washington Twp NJ, The back end of a flatbed truck loaded with approximately 10,000 pounds of granite wound up in a roadside ditch following an injury free Thursday afternoon, 09/13, collision on the notorious Washington Avenue hill in Washington Township. Washington Township Police responded to investigate the incident. Eastbound and westbound traffic was blocked on the hill until the stuck vehicle was safely removed. No word as to whether any summonses were issued in connection with the crash.
