Ridgewood NJ, according to Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security ,nine months into the COVID-19 pandemic, clinicians are observing more well-defined patterns of long-term health consequences for COVID-19 patients. A commentary published in JAMA describes some of the frequently reported manifestations in recovered patients. Although long-term health effects are more likely to be exhibited by patients with more severe disease (e.g., admitted to an intensive care unit), these effects are also being observed in persons with milder illnesses. General fatigue and dyspnea were the most commonly reported long-term sequelae, in addition to general joint and chest pain.

New Brunswick NJ, The fall semester at Rutgers University will combine a majority of remotely delivered courses with a limited number of in-person classes, President Jonathan Holloway said today.
The decision was not made easily or hastily, Holloway said, but was made due to the uncertainty regarding the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, the increase in cases in other areas of the country and in consultation with public health experts and university leaders.

Ridgewood NJ, NJ TRANSIT is resuming the collection of cash fares on board trains beginning Monday, July 6th. The cash option was temporarily suspended as a precaution against the spread of COVID-19. Cash transactions on board trains will be subject to the previous $5 surcharge policy. Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets prior to boarding using the NJ TRANSIT mobile app and ticket vending machines (TVMs).

Ridgewood NJ, Governor Phil Murphy today announced increased indoor and outdoor gathering capacity limits as COVID-19 cases in New Jersey continue to decline. Effective immediately, indoor gatherings are now limited to 25% capacity of the rooms in which they will take place, with a maximum of 100 persons. Outdoor gatherings are now limited to 250 persons, and outdoor religious services and political activities will continue to have no numerical limits.
Ridgewood central business district is once again alive with music, dining, and social distancing. They new concept of a Pedestrian Mall fell into place nicely for the first evening, welcoming in summer. Stay tuned each Saturday and Sunday throughout the summer months for more music and outdoor dining. Increases in dining and gathering capacities should help Village businesses start to recover form the COVID lock down .

Crawford Technology Group (HK) Co. LTD. (Crawford) is charged by complaint with violating the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) for causing misbranded and substandard respirators that falsely purported to meet various filtration efficiency standards to be imported into the United States.
