Englewood NJ, At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, basketball trainer Ryan Ang of Ang1 Trainings took his basketball training skills online. He is the youngest basketball trainer in New Jersey and
possibly the whole country. Ryan Ang has been featured on USA Today, People Magazine, People TV, ABC7 EyeWitness News New York, Northjersey.com and many more media
platforms. He was not featured on those media platforms because he is the youngest basketball trainer, but was featured because of his innovative idea of online live basketball training
sessions.
Ryan Ang has been conducting digital ball handling sessions via Instagram and Facebook Live. Not too long ago, trainer Ryan Ang took his training skills to Englewood
Recreation. Once associated, he became part of a bigger online organization that would be known as Englewood Virtual Recreation. The goal and purpose of this online organization is for
kids and adults to remain active, positive, and have a good source of entertainment while in self quarantine.
The whole virtual program was made possible and successful by Englewood Recreation Director, Merle Simons, accompanied with Janel Johnston and Della Burgess. Trainer Ryan Ang conducts his virtual ball handling sessions every Monday at
4:15pm to 5:00pm and every Friday at 3:00pm to 3:45pm. Not only does Englewood Virtual Recreation offer free virtual live workouts, but also cooking lessons, tutoring, and so much more. However, if one
wants to simply relax and listen to music, Englewood Virtual Recreation offers live music played by one of their finest DJs. Ultimately, if one is looking for a good source of entertainment or
workout, you can go to Englewood Virtual Recreation’s Instagram or Facebook Page. They can definitely keep you entertained and occupied throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
