UPDATE: According to Boyd Loving photographer at the scene , an investigation by Fair Lawn PD determined that the two (2) individuals involved in this incident were acquainted. The investigation also revealed that no assault occurred. The male involved was released from Fair Lawn PD headquarters after questioning. No information regarding possible criminal charges was made available.
