Fair Lawn NJ, in what police are calling a “swatting ” incident , on January 5th Fail Lawn Police were summoned to a home off of Route 208 , the same home that had been targeted by “swatters” in September.
Fair Lawn NJ, One (1) individual was transported by ambulance to The Valley Hospital with a non-life threatening injury following a two (2) vehicle crash at the intersection of Fair Lawn Avenue and Sixth Street, Fair Lawn, on Thursday afternoon, 01/13. Members of the Fair Lawn Rescue Squad used the “Jaws of Life” to free the crash victim from a heavily damaged 4-door sedan. Fair Lawn FD Company #1, Fair Lawn EMS, and Fair Lawn Police also responded to the incident. A flatbed tow truck removed the wrecked sedan from the intersection. The other vehicle involved, a Subaru SUV, was driven from the scene on its own power.

The arrest is the result of an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Fair Lawn Police Department under the direction of Chief Glen Cauwels.

Fair Lawn NJ , a late afternoon Halloween Day 2021 crash resulted in moderate damage to a Provident Bank branch at the corner of River Road and Hopper Avenue, Fair Lawn. The vehicle’s adult female driver refused ambulance transportation to a local hospital. Fair Lawn Police, Fair Lawn Fire Department Company #1, Fair Lawn Heavy Rescue, and Fair Lawn EMS responded to the incident. A hydraulic lift tow truck winched the vehicle away from the structure and removed it from the location. Police at the scene did not indicate what triggered the event.

The mission of the nonprofit is to change lives by breaking the cycle of poverty through compassionate programs designed to feed, clothe, educate, and empower women and children in need. On September 13, at its 33rd Annual Golf Outing, Columbia Bank raised $100,000 to benefit the organization which Columbia Bank has assisted throughout the years. 144 golfers participated in the annual fundraiser which took place at North Jersey Country Club in Wayne, New Jersey.
Fair Lawn NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor office said on Friday that a Fair Lawn High School graphic arts teacher and resident was arrested on accusations she engaged in a “sexual relationship” with a student. Christine Knudsen, 44, was charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child on Thursday, after the New Jersey Department of Children and Families was told she had engaged in “sexual activity” with a student at her school.
