Paterson NJ, “Hunger and poverty are their own epidemics, especially during this critical time.  With so many of our sisters and brothers struggling, organizations like Catholic Charities are a lifeline.  Last Thanksgiving, we gave out over 8,000 turkeys and chickens to those most in need, and over 5,000 Christmas and holiday gifts. Ridgewood NJ, Thanksgiving dinners for most of us will be quite different this year. While many of us will be missing family and friends with whom we typically spend this holiday, most of us will likely not spend the day worrying about food. This is not the case for clients of the St. Paul’s, Paterson, Food Pantry. They struggle for food every single day. Please consider contributing to this ingathering next Sunday. All donated food will be brought to Paterson that day and distributed to grateful families on Tuesday. Anything you can spare will be very helpful.
