Ridgewood NJ, CHRISTMAS TREE PICKUP:  The Ridgewood Parks Division will be picking up Christmas trees, with a Tuesday/Eastside and Thursday/Westside pattern with trees being picked up on the Eastside of the Village curbside, not in the street on Tuesdays January 9th, 16th, and 23rd. Trees will then be picked up on the Westside of the Village curbside, not in the street on Thursdays, January 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th.  Please remove all ornaments and lights from the Christmas trees and do not place the tree in a plastic bag.

Limits Placed on Parking Vehicles in the Village Hall and Ridgewood Public Library Parking Lot

Ridgewood NJ, in order to allow for greater vehicle turnover; to accommodate those attending the many activities and events held on weekdays at both the Village Hall and the Ridgewood Public Library; and to allow those using the walking paths and playground at Veterans Field to find parking spaces in the Village Hall/Library parking lot, new parking restrictions are now in effect.

Ridgewood NJ, Ridgewood Mobile Shredding Event for Confidential Documents – April 30, 2022 – 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. or until the truck is full – Graydon Pool Parking Lot, 200 Northern Parkway – This event will be held rain or shine.  The limit is 4 boxes or paper bags of papers per vehicle, and no plastic bags are allowed. Please place your documents in the trunk of your vehicle, and arrive earlier in the day, because the truck usually fills up prior to the 12:30 end time.

Ridgewood NJ, Shred Day will take place today November 14, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the Graydon Pool parking lot, rain or shine. Bring your documents to be securely shredded. This is free to Ridgewood residents and businesses. Limit is 5 cardboard boxes per vehicle. No plastic bags will be accepted.

Mobile COVID-19 Testing Comes to Graydon Pool Parking Lot in Ridgewood

Ridewood NJ, Community mobile testing resumes on Monday June 22nd in Ridgewood offering both COVID-19 saliva diagnostic and COVID-19 antibody tests. The COVID-19 saliva diagnostic test is available to all residents and the COVID-19 antibody test is available for those who have previously tested positive as well as first responders and healthcare workers. The test site will be open from 9-10am for first responders/healthcare workers and from 10 am – 2:15 pm for the general public.

Ridgewood NJ, The Parks Division will be picking up Christmas trees, following the same schedule as last year. This schedule follows a Tuesday/Eastside and Thursday/Westside pattern with trees being picked up on the Eastside of the Village curbside on Tuesdays, January 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th. Trees will then be picked up on the Westside of the Village curbside on Thursdays, January 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.  Please be sure that your Christmas trees are not placed in the street.

Those residents wishing to drop off Christmas trees may bring them to the designated location at the Graydon Pool parking lot anytime from January 6 through 30, 2020.
