Glen Rock NJ, Dr. Arati Kreibich’s campaign for Congress in NJ-5 announced filing for the June 2nd primary ballot with 1,289 signatures, more than six times the minimum requirement of 200. The signatures come from all four counties in NJ-5 and were collected by over 60 volunteers.

GLEN ROCK NJ, Today, Saturday, September 14, 2019, U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) commemorated the Borough of Glen Rock’s 125th anniversary during ceremonies with Glen Rock leaders, families, and first responders. Gottheimer honored Glen Rock’s first responders, Borough residents lost in World War I and II, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan, and other conflicts, as well as the eleven Borough residents who were killed in the September 11th attacks.

Ironically after all the hoopla in FB , local media etc. when I drive around town I only see a tiny number of flags around and this is great. People do not give a shit for pride about nothing. I am much more inclined to respect people who don’t show me their personal flags than someone who is waving it in my face. The American flag is what everyone should respect and embrace. Any other “pride” flags can be flown in private.
Yesterday, I heard they are raising “the flag” at RHS. I think this is discriminatory , the flag show be flown in middle schools and why not in elementary as well. I won’t be surprised if these people ask for it next year. A big , hearty FU to these jerks.
I go through this torture every day but I would beg Trump to not supply a penny to this corrupt empire of NY/NJ. This morning (Monday) Josh Gothheimer was making rounds on the train to Secaucus. This guy was “randomly” asking passengers about their feelings on NJ transit. Once he realized he was talking to a liberal he would prolong the conversation and take notes. I hate these politicians so much that I want to spit right in their face. They have found a goldmine in the naive population of NJ. How can they raise fares and provide a terrible service without any public protests is beyond me. These people who make the majority of commuters do not lift a finger when it comes to their money and life but are ready to shut down anyone who expresses an honest opinion. They would rather get screwed by their own politicians than say a single word.
