Pennsylvania Man Charged in Attempted Luring of Teaneck Child

Teaneck Nj, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of 37-year-old THOMAS G. RUTLEDGE of Green Lane, PA on charges of luring and endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest was the result of a months-long investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck and the Teaneck Police Department under the direction of Chief Andrew McGurr.

Glen Rock Resident Reports Luring Incident in Which an Elderly Women Approached their 6-year-old child

Glen Rock NJ, on December 3rd at 2:27 PM , a Nottingham Road resident reported to Glen Rock Police that an elderly woman, driving by, stopped and approached their 6-year-old child asking if the child would walk their dog.

Glen Rock Police Investigate Possible Luring Incident

Glen Rock NJ, on Wednesday the 29th of June at 5:20 PM , a Glen Rock parent reported that their 11-year-old son was approached by the occupant of a black landscaping truck which had stopped next to the boy as he was walking along Highland Road about one hour prior to the report.  The boy reportedly ran off and was not followed.  He could not provide a further description.

Hillsdale Police Department : Stranger Followed Girl Home

Hillsdale NJ, The Hillsdale Police Department is currently investigating an incident that occurred on 1/14/2020 at approximately 9pm on Hopkins Street in Hillsdale. At that time a juvenile female was walking her dog when she observed an older dark-colored four-door sedan stop near the intersection of Hopkins Street and Stever Ave, perform a U-turn and then drive south on Hopkins Street towards the juvenile.

CYBER LURING ATTEMPT MADE ON NEW MILFORD 12 YEAR OLD

New Milford NJ, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo announced the arrest of Nicholas G. CLARK (DOB: 6/6/1996; single; and employed as a package handler) of 311 Hudson Drive Sycamore Gardens, Newark, Delaware on charges of Luring, Attempted Aggravated Sexual Assault, and Attempted Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti, members of the New Milford Police Department under the direction of Chief Brian Clancy, and members of the New Castle County (Delaware) Police Department under the direction of Colonel Vaughn M. Bond, Jr.

Glen Rock NJ, The Glen Rock Police Department would like to report that we were able to speak to both the individual driving the vehicle as well as the man who witnessed the event and told the driver to leave. We would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone who called and assisted us in this investigation. While this incident was understandably concerning to all of us, our investigation has confirmed that no criminal act was committed.
