Allendale NY, The Borough of Allendale has officially solidified its roadmap for the next decade of development. By finalizing its Fourth Round affordable housing agreement, the borough has secured a critical legal shield: immunity from “builder’s remedy” lawsuits until 2036.

Allendale Unveils New Community Mural, Blending History with Local Art

Allendale NJ, the borough of Allendale, New Jersey, officially unveiled its new Centennial Mural on September 20, marking the culmination of a multi-year, community-wide effort to honor its history. The vibrant new mural, located at 89 West Allendale Avenue, replaces a beloved 1994 mural that had faded over time.

Allendale Swears in a New Mayor

Allendale NJ, on January 5th the Allendale Mayor and Council held its annual Reorganization Meeting. Assemblyman Christopher DePhillips presented Mayor Ari Bernstein and Councilman Steve Sasso proclamations honoring their service to the Borough. Amy Wilczynski was sworn in as Allendale’s new Mayor. Tyler Yaccarino joined Matt O’Toole in being sworn in as members of the Council.
Rounding out the evening was the swearing-in of our Allendale Fire Department and Volunteer Ambulance Corp. leadership. Last but not least we had the swearing-in of Allendale’s newest Police Officers John Rubino and Mark Dunn, Jr.
