New Jersey Updates Ballot Petition Signature Requirements

Tr5enton NJ, a significant change in New Jersey election law has increased the number of petition signatures required for candidates to qualify for the ballot. Governor Phil Murphy recently signed A-5117/S-3994 into law, modifying the signature requirements for candidates seeking placement on primary, general, nonpartisan municipal, and school election ballots.
