New York NY, Beginning Monday, February 1, NJ TRANSIT will start touchless boarding on outbound bus trips for the Route No. 126 Line departing the Port Authority Bus Terminal (PABT) during the weekday evening peak period of 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Glen Rock NJ, just days after the Ridgewood blog profiled NJ Transit warning drivers on the dangers of railroad crossing a driver of a Honda Civic escaped injury when his vehicle was clipped by a Hoboken bound NJ Transit train at the Rock Road, Glen Rock grade crossing on Tuesday morning, 11/24. Glen Rock Police and NJ Transit Police responded to the incident, which was witnessed by a Glen Rock DPW employee. The train did not stop following the collision. NJ Transit Police is handling the investigation. A tow truck removed the vehicle to an impound yard.
