The charges in this matter are the result of a continuing investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck, and the Fort Lee Police Department, under the direction of Chief Matthew Hintze.

Hoboken NJ, On Sunday, March 19th, NJ TRANSIT Police Officers, Port Authority Police Department, and Hoboken Fire Department responded to an active fire at the Hoboken Bus Terminal. NJTPD Officers moved all commuters and non-essential personnel to safety and the fire was extinguished without injury. Surveillance footage captured the incident and the suspect believed responsible for intentionally causing the fire.⁣
