Paramus NJ, The future of suburban living has officially arrived in Paramus. Construction is now underway at Westfield Garden State Plaza for a massive 13-acre mixed-use development that aims to transform the iconic shopping destination into a sustainable, walkable “live-work-play” community.
Co-developed by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Mill Creek Residential, this ambitious project broke ground on April 29, 2026. It marks a significant shift for Bergen County, moving away from traditional mall culture toward a vibrant, multi-generational town center.
