Demarest NJ, State Senator Holly Schepisi fills us in on the NJDOE guidance and potential penalties if a school isn’t deemed compliant with the new creepy Sex Ed Pedophilia requirements.
In a Facebook post Schepisi says , “Finally received a response from the DOE to my letter asking for guidance and potential penalties if a school isn’t deemed compliant with the new curriculum requirements. Answer below”

Dear Senator Schepisi:
August 3, 2022
Thank you for your correspondence concerning New Jersey Quality Single Accountability Continuum (NJQSAC) and New Jersey Student Learning Standards (NJSLS). As you are aware, there are a multitude of laws, regulations, and standards with which Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) are required to comply. The NJSLS are not optional for LEAs, and failure to comply can result in disciplinary action.
LEAs are required to implement the NJSLS pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:8. Compliance is monitored, in part, through NJQSAC, which serves as one mechanism for the New Jersey Department of Education’s (Department) monitoring and self-evaluation system for public school districts (districts). The system focuses on monitoring and evaluating districts in five core components that, based on research, have been identified as key factors in effective district operations.
Specific indicators in each of the five areas, are self-evaluated by the district and verified by the Department. If a district scores below 80% in any of the NJQSAC areas, the district is required to create a district improvement plan to address the indicators found to be out of compliance.
An assessment is made of the district’s capacity and effectiveness based on its compliance with the indicators. Following the assessment, the district is placed on a performance continuum that will determine the level of oversight, and technical assistance and support it receives in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A: 7A-10.
Dependent upon the percentage of quality performance indicators a district satisfies upon review of the improvement plan, the Department may determine whether additional monitoring or intervention is warranted, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:7A-14.
The NJQSAC process is fact-specific and multi-faceted. As such, actions are contingent upon the review of an individual district’s compliance.”
Hopefully RW parents wake up and demand transparency from the district.
Yeah, like that’s going to happen.
You want transparency ?
Now the BOE budget is going up to 200 million a year…fools.
Interesting how I am not allowed to post on this blog the ACTUAL TEXT of the books they will be forcing our children to read.
