Oradell NJ, on Tuesday the Oradell zoning board rejected a three-story apartment complex proposed for a former Subaru dealership site on Kinderkamack Road after raising concerns about size and density.
Board members voted 4-3 in favor of the proposal, but because five affirmative votes are needed for it to pass, the application was denied.
66 Kinderkamack Road LLC was proposing to build a 33-unit apartment building with a gym, a game room and an underground parking garage on the former Subaru property, which has sat vacant for close to a decade.

Unlike RW, they are SMART in Oradell…
Oradell is not a town that thinks it still has a reputation that was passé 60 years ago……….
Unlike certain other towns.
Good for Oradell. Paramus could take a few cues from this.
