Fort lee NJ, Governor Kathy Hochul recently announced the results of the first-ever “Operation Plate Check,” a weeklong statewide enforcement campaign aimed at identifying and penalizing drivers using fraudulent license plates and fake temporary tags. Twp. of Washington NJ, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is warning consumers, tattoo artists, and retailers about the risk of serious infections associated with tattoo inks contaminated by harmful bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Tattoo inks that are contaminated can cause infections and lead to severe health issues when injected into the skin during a tattooing procedure, as there is an increased risk of infection whenever the skin barrier is breached.

Upper Saddle River NJ, the Upper Saddle River road resurfacing program will began on Friday, 5/16/2025, and will continue for approximately two weeks. Various roads throughout the borough will be milled and paved during the project. The hours of construction will be approximately 7:00AM – 4:00PM Monday through Friday. Parking will be prohibited on the affected streets during these times. Police officers will be assigned to assist with traffic control during paving operations.
