Could you tell me what can be possible reason, if I am not able to search my Ticket number online on NJMDirect website ? My ticket do not have court apprearance marked and its just a parking ticket.

Our daughter sent a ticket parking violation for me but I’m out of the country and be back to US on July 2023 yet, could the additional fee be waved.
