Many do the dash of death across Godwin both ways from the trainside parking lot to and from Carlos Bakery with Kids in hand 20 yards away from the corner street signal and lined Pedestrian crosswalk.Throw In a dead mans curve for more drama.then there’s the mid block Pedestrian crosswalk aside the new bank and while foods exit towards the train.Could not plan a worse set of obstacles …how about a new massive drive up bank
On same side of whole foods..Good Luck with that if you are crossing amidst rush hour one dark evening. Many of the carlos traffic are cake tourist and have no clue what awaits them when the do the dash of death with their kids.
8.34: The dash of death was not the case here, and not the case i most of the crossing accidents. What happens is a car will stop to let the pedestrian cross. There is another car in the distance who should have plenty of time to also stop. The pedestrian crosses and three quarters of the way across, the other car dri er, not paying attention, just barrels through.
Tourist? What about the dumb locals. Why not include no traffic control at all, the speeding and careless driving in this area it is a wonder no one has been killed.
