Allendale NJ, Allendale Fire Department’s Squad 935 responded to a brush fire reported in a backyard in the borough. By the time they arrived, local neighbors had already jumped in to help contain the flames behind a home on Byron Court. Working together, 935’s crew quickly set up a water supply, ran an attack line to the back of the structure, and extinguished the fire in just a few minutes.

To complete the operation, Allendale Fire Command requested additional support, and an engine from the Ramsey Fire Department arrived on scene to assist with overhaul efforts, ensuring the area was completely safe. The Allendale Volunteer Fire Department shared a video of the response on Instagram, highlighting the teamwork from both their own squad and the Ramsey crew.

A big thank you to the Ramsey Fire Department for their quick assistance and to the vigilant neighbors who helped prevent the blaze from spreading. It was a true community effort that kept the situation under control!
