Ridgewood NJ, a resolution expressing the Board of Education’s appreciation for Mr. Michael Lembo’s years as a trustee of the Ridgewood Board of Education for services to the community, the staff, the administration and most importantly, the students of the Ridgewood Public Schools.
The resolution did not go off without a hitch, superintendent announced that some sort of proclamation to honor Mike Lembo had been prepared. It was Lembo’s last meeting. The superintendent asked who would like to read it. What ensued was unbelievable. Dead silence, awkward squirming, and none of the four trustees offered to read the “praise” of the outgoing disaster of a trustee. Finally the superintendent asked again would someone please read it. So Brogan said ok, she would. So the trustee with the ETHICS VIOLATION read the hollow accounting of Lembo’s so-called accomplishments.

Good riddance to Lembo. What a HUGE disappointment he turned out to be. No one likes him. Except the girlfriend lol.
I have not been a fan of his in the past year however I thought he handled his final opportunity to speak with great respect for the position. He could have used the time to defend himself or attack others but he did not. I think there is something to be said for going out on a high note.
Instead he put shitty snarky commentary on social media. And so did his girlfriend. Guessing his handler Frank DelV told him to pipe down. Lembo is a loose canon. Ask the cops. Ask the wife.
Did you see whole meeting? That was not ending on high note. President runs meetings but he let this angry sounding administrator bully a trustee on recording minutes for gods sake. Terrible optics for Lembo who spoke about “transparency”
If you are reading this Lembo and friends, nobody wants you back on BOE or any elected office. Respect voters.
Lembo quote to a reporter:
“They always say you want to leave a place better than you came into it,” the outgoing president added. “The previous board did a great job, not saying that they did not, but I definitely think the schools are always going in an upward trajectory. We did not make it worse.”
This says it all about this jerk. His parting comment is that he “did not make it worse.” Great legacy

yes, and that should shut some of those people who were saying earlier on this blog that she is not allowed to be around his kids, and thats why she chose to work in the district. That was proven wrong – with this youtube clip that shows her sitting next to the kid!
