Saddle River NJ, Ridgewood Business Owners and Saddle River Power Couple , Dr. Brooke Rezvani, a cosmetic dentist and her husband Dr. Fred Rezvani, OB-GYN from Saddle River hosted over 200 guests in their lavish home in Saddle River (that by the way is for sale for little under $10 million after several price reductions) in the spirit of giving back. A newly formed 501(c)(3) organization called Saddle River Art Council exceeded all expectations last weekend. Sold out concert by Eric Genuis, an award-wining pianist, composer, and inspirational speaker was a smashing success by all standards. Kudos to ALL involved and to the quests who generously supported this newest Saddle River organization. According to The Wall Street Journal the Rezvani purchased the property for $2.5 million in 2003. The original structure was demolished and the current structure was erected according to Brooke Rezvani. The first attempt to sell the house was undertaken by Sharon Kurtz of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty. The asking price back in 2012 was $19 million.
