Ridgewood Community Donates to the Less Fortunate for Christmas

Ridgewood NJ, community generosity for the Christmas season to help the less fortunate ,20 bags of toys, books, hats, mittens, scarves, jackets, beauty supplies and more were delivered to the Center for Hope and Safety. Food donations were donated to Social Services of Ridgewood and Vicinity.

Center for Hope & Safety (formerly Shelter Our Sisters) is dedicated to assisting Bergen County, NJ victims and survivors of domestic violence, and their children, by turning fear into safety, helplessness into strength, and isolation into hope.

Social Service Association of Ridgewood and Vicinity (SSA) is a food security organization. We are the faces behind the Red Door Food Pantry at the Ridgewood Train Station. Since 1913, we’ve been a beacon of hope and help to our neighbors facing hardship, providing a community safety net.
