Ridgewood NJ, Summer is officially here, and the Ridgewood Public Library is kicking off the season with a major announcement! The highly anticipated Summer Reading Programs officially launch this Friday, June 26, 2026.
If you walk into the library lobby this week, you will be greeted by a brand-new “employee.” Handcrafted by talented staff member Mary, the library’s official new Summer Reading Mascot and Library Greeter is stationed at the front doors to remind everyone to sign up and start logging books.
