It is also very deceiving. This official story is nothing like what really happened. It is a fairy tale, a whitewashed and sanitized collection of half-truths which divert attention away from Thanksgiving’s real meaning.

On the morning of November 30th, divers will return to the Hackensack River in River Edge near the historic New Bridge Landing for a renewed attempt to find the cannon, which vanished from the grounds of the Steuben House on May 9, 1980.

Fairfield NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrests of 39-year-old SAMER J. HELOU of Fairfield, NJ; 64-year-old LEILA HELOU of West Caldwell, NJ; 31-year-old JAMES A. MARRA of Belleville, NJ; 49-year-old FRANK A. PREZIOSI of West Orange, NJ; 39-year-old MIGUEL A. ROSA of West New York, N.J; and 56-year-old ABBAS SAYED of West Caldwell, NJ on various narcotics distribution charges.
