Trenton NJ, Governor Phil Murphy today signed Executive Order No. 195, which permits municipalities and counties to impose additional restrictions on the hours of operation of non-essential retail businesses, food and beverage establishments, and recreation and entertainment businesses after 8:00 p.m. The Order prohibits municipalities and counties from imposing restrictions that prevent dining establishments from arranging for the pickup or delivery of goods or otherwise limiting their scope of operations. The Order will take effect immediately.

INDIANAPOLIS IN, The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) today granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for Eli Lilly and Company’s (NYSE: LLY) investigational neutralizing antibody bamlanivimab (LY-CoV555) 700 mg. Bamlanivimab is authorized for the treatment of mild to moderate COVID-19 in adults and pediatric patients 12 years and older with a positive COVID-19 test, who are at high risk for progressing to severe COVID-19 and/or hospitalization. Bamlanivimab should be administered as soon as possible after a positive COVID-19 test and within 10 days of symptom onset. The authorization allows for the distribution and emergency use of bamlanivimab, which is administered via a single intravenous infusion.

If Fishbein could have defended himself against the charges made against him and his administration, he probably would have. Instead he put much more energy into making appeals to popularity. I believe the two board members in question saw some wrong doing and pursued it. My understanding is that Glen school is operating a day care open to outside residents at a loss and covering up that loss. So they are essentially making Ridgewood residents pay part of the cost of day care for people in other towns. This is wrong if it is true. But much worse is poor leadership during the current panic. There is simply no elevated risks to running the schools as normal and this is what should be happening.”
