Ridgewood NJ congratulations to Ridgewood Emergency Services September member of the month Hyeonseo Lee.
Hyeonseo joined the TIES program her freshman year of high school, and loved it so much that she went on to take the EMT course. Once completed, she began riding with the Sunday night ambulance crew and has been an active member ever since. Now entering her Senior year, Hyeonseo is proud to be an EMT for the village, as well as a TIES sergeant.
Being an EMT has not only allowed her to help the community, but has also helped her grow TIES into the biggest division of Ridgewood Emergency Services.

Lee Hyeon-seo, best known for her book, The Girl with Seven Names, is a North Korean defector and activist who lives in Seoul, South Korea, where she is a student. She escaped from North Korea and later guided her family out of North Korea through China and Laos , wonder if their is any relation ?
