Ridgewood NJ, The 2021-2022 School Budget will be presented to the public on Monday, April 19 at 7:00 PM. This will be the first Ridgewood School Budget presentation  since Village voters voted away their right to vote on the school budget .


The public can join the meeting in person at the Education Center or view, listen, and comment via Zoom from a PC, Mac, iPAD, iPhone, or Android Device.

  3. I heard that Covid has infected several players on the High School sports teams.

    Several players are symptomatic and at home. The official reporting does not reflect this significant outbreak.

  4. maybe it will go up by 4.7% like the muni budget that we can’t vote on either. VC wastes our money at lease the school budget is for tangible line items for the most part

  5. I’m curious to see if the $30m PAC comes back to life now. I think (not sure) that debt service is not considered for the 2% cap. If so, then it’s just a matter of making a (bad) assumption that there won’t be many incremental operating costs of running it. But, there is a willingness around here to make generous assumptions. Such as, tons of apartments only yielding a few extra kids for the school system and no significant traffic (must be true, the developers said so!).
