One level is all well need until the apartments open
Oh, I can’t wait to see the long line of cars waiting to get in!
Haha one level. Which is what the lot was in the first place
Who cares?
What a waste of money. They could’ve built a community center there. At least on one floor.
I’m getting my teeth drilled at that time….let me know how it goes…
I passed by Broad St last night. The garage is HUGE. This garage reminds me of the monsters they have built in Yonkers and other areas in Westchester County. Even half the size would have been more than sufficient. The apartment complex is more than huge. Ugly sh!t all around. And it is just a start. They should rename Broad St to Broad Ave.
This downtown is not my downtown anymore. I will stay out of it.
Paulie’s Playhouse
No big deal. Some people were using a couple times because they’re curious that’s about it.
Was Pauly there to see his handiwork ?
Do a little research and post why it is first floor only. Rumor has it there may have been a rather large mistake that occurred in the construction…
Talk on the street is that they may lease out one or two floors to hold new cars, Just like I did up in Ramsey.
We’ll have to live with this but I totally agree with some of the above comments: we could have re lined an up graded the old parking area and gotten close to 175 spots or done a single tier. Aronsohn and crew forced the compromise garage because we were fighting a giant garage. Voigt should stop writing letters to the paper defending the past and criticizing the present. It is all personal for him and his pals.
