The North Carolina man claimed to police he was in Bergen County looking for work at a pizza shop. Police patted him down and found a stun gun, police said.
Henry was issued several motor vehicle summonses, and his car was towed away by A&D Towing and Recovery in Little Ferry.
The next day, Henry went to pick up his car (without a release from police), and began arguing with the owner of A&D Towing and Recovery.
According to police Henry spat upon the owner and stunned the owner with a stun gun. Harvey 29 then ran off but responding officers caught him once again and rearrested him
Henry now faces charges of possession of a fictitious plate, driving an unregistered vehicle, and failing to exhibit a window tint medical exemption for Monday’s encounter with law enforcement, officials said.
Charges of aggravated assault, burglary, criminal trespassing and unlawful possession of a weapon were added Tuesday, officials said.
Henry was then taken to the Bergen County Jail, police said.
Sounds like Leon is not telling the truth very much
stun guns are legal but not proper use
