1.  Call to Order – Mayor

 

2.  Statement of Compliance with the Open Public Meeting Act

 

    MAYOR: “Adequate notice of this meeting has been provided

by a posting on the bulletin board in Village Hall,

by mail to the Ridgewood NewsThe Record, and by             submission to all persons entitled to same as                     provided by law of a schedule including the date and              time of this meeting.”

4.   RESOLUTIONS

 

THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS, NUMBERED 22-75 THROUGH 22-79 ARE TO BE ADOPTED BY A CONSENT AGENDA, WITH ONE VOTE BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. THERE IS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION BESIDE EACH RESOLUTION TO BE CONSIDERED ON THE CONSENT AGENDA. EACH RESOLUTION WILL BE READ BY TITLE ONLY:

 

22-75     Renewal of Bergen County Joint Insurance Fund Membership – Renews the Village of Ridgewood’s    membership in the Bergen County Joint Insurance Fund    (JIF) from 2022 through 2024

22-76     Approve 2021 Budget Reserve Transfers – Transfers money                in the 2021 budget from departments which have                   excess funds to those departments which do not have             adequate funds

22-77     Cancel Emergency Appropriations for Remediation of Damages from Hurricane Ida – Cancels $189,400 from the      Current Fund Emergency Appropriation because Capital      Ordinance #3875 has sufficient funds to pay for the    costs incurred. This cancellation will eliminate the     need to appropriate    this funding in the 2022 Operating Budget.

 

22-78     Award Contract – Glen Pickleball Courts Acoustical     Sound     Absorbing Panels (NTE $23,980) – Awards a contract to     the lowest responsible quote from Vibration Products, Inc., 1783 Kenny Road, Columbus, OH

22-79     Authorize Amendment to Interlocal Agreement – Police             Training Facility (Waldwick) – Authorizes an amendment               to the Interlocal Agreement between the Village of                     Ridgewood and the Borough of Waldwick. This amendment                allows a Non-Participating Municipality to have a                    single use of the Police Training Facility; sets the              fee for and establishes other rules and regulations for                single use by a Non-Participating Municipality; allows                unused maintenance fees to be put into a capital                    account; and allows the Borough of Saddle River to                     rejoin the Interlocal Agreement as a Participating                 Municipality.
