  1. Too crowded for an exit. Impossible now at busy times; imagine adding many more spaces of parking deck.

Another location must be made. I will vote no on non binding referendum.

  2. Very helpful, thanks for posting the floor plans James. If they ever have architectural drawings, that would be helpful also.

  3. Keep plowing ahead with the construction…
    .
…BTW, when are we having that referendum?

  4. 1:36 Dom, Just as I predicted a five story structure. Afterall the roof is a floor. Now one more interesting wrinkle, there is an access easement across the property which is noted on the ground level plan (and the Village Tax Map), but ignored by the planner and the Tres Amigos. You want to rob the adjoining property owners of their deeded access? READ ADD TO THE COST!!! Finally, 350 spaces less 76 spaces is a gain of 274, not the 318 that Ma Sonenfeld mentioned a few weeks ago. So $15 million divided by 274 spaces is a cost of $54,745 per added space.

  5. PLEASE DROP THIS NOW.

  6. Thanks S Frapz for clearing that up for Dom.
