Ridgewood NJ, With the balance of power in Congress still undecided, voters clearly dislike delayed reporting of election results.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 65% of Likely U.S. voters agree that many states take too long to count the votes and report results on Election Night, including 37% who Strongly Agree. Just 28% disagree, with 13% who Strongly Disagree. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
Yes, boxes of uncounted mail in ballots suddenly found just when it was looking like a win for R.
stinks of corruption.
Same polls that predicted a red tsunami? I have long quit trusting polls. Polls are just full of b.s. and rarely are correct. But even if they are correct what positive does that bring? Nobody does anything (left or right) to fix the issues. People have no power and are getting accustomed to living 3rd world standards. Corruption, manipulation, theft, bribery is a standard practice in today’s politics. This country is being led by political mafia. Just watch what the big guy said last night. He was clearly taunting the other side (along with their voters) about how untouchable he is. This is Corleone stuff.
no one predicted a red tsunami in New Jersey
The Red Tsunami predictions were made by political media pundits. It then can be seen as a victory fir the Left when it doesn’t quite happen. It’s also a great tactic to make R voters not show up to vote because they think it’s already won.
the media is doing a good job obfuscating the GOP victory
James – 2 questions
1) Where can I see the split between mail in ballots and election day votes, by candidate, for Ridgewood
2) Is there anyway to confirm that my dead neighbors – who still miraculously have active voter registrations – actually voted in this election?
Took less than 48 hours to jump on the conspiracy wagon.
You lost.
Again.
Deal with it.

“For the adults in the room, what’s happening now with the delay in counting was entirely expected. It’s the product of close races and an early ballot system created by Republicans and run by Republicans.”
Is ‘Republicans’ the reason why 3 days in California has only counted 50% of ‘estimated’ votes.
‘Estimated’ because 3 days after election close they still do not know the total number of voters?
In almost all democracies in the world – be they rich (like France, Germany, UK) or poor (like Brazil, India, Mexico)- voters show up on election day with ID, vote, and know the results within a few hours of election close.
Unfortunately for America, we have Democrat voters who are so dumb, lethargic and/or ignorant – that we need to have a voting process that starts months before ‘election day’ and stretches for weeks after, with no checks, validation or anything or any sort allowed.
