Westwood NJ, a 19-year-old from Westwood, New Jersey, has been charged with first-degree murder following the deaths of two women in Spring Valley, authorities confirmed.
Spring Valley police responded to a wellness check request at 4 Gesner Drive around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday. Upon arrival, officers discovered two female victims inside the apartment with severe head injuries.
One victim was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was transported to a nearby hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
Police arrested Alan Aba, 19, a day later and charged him with first-degree murder. Authorities have assured the public that there is no ongoing threat.
