Ridgewood NJ, from the National Weather Service a WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON…

WHAT…Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 12 to 17 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph, especially along the coast.

WHERE…Portions of northeast New Jersey, southern Connecticut and southeast New York.

WHEN…From Wednesday afternoon through Thursday afternoon.

IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

  4. We’ll see what happens. So far the villages unprepared. Especially regarding delete pick up. It’s going to be a mess. Again I’m gonna get everybody else leaves from my house. Hopefully the mayor is telling the snow plows to go around the piles of leaves.
