Ridgewood NJ, when it come to parking its all about the data . Recently the council has once again moved to reconfigure the parking in the Central Business District .
The Council has altered rates, times , who can park where and for how long. Yet with each change comes a whole new set of problems . We went from too much employee parking to not enough, too little commuter parking to too much back to too little then too much again. Every change seems to present itself with a whole new set of issues .

Statement of Compliance with Open Public Meeting Act

Ridgewood NJ, something for New Jersey low wage workers to look forward too. In response to public pressure and increasing scrutiny over the pay of its warehouse workers, Amazon enacted a $15 minimum wage for all its employees on 1 November, including workers at grocery chain Whole Foods which it purchased in 2017.
All Whole Foods employees paid less than $15 an hour saw their wages increase to at least that, while all other team members received a $1-an-hour wage increase and team leaders received a $2-an-hour increase.
But since the wage increase, Whole Food employees have told the UK Guardian that they have experienced widespread cuts that have reduced schedule shifts across many stores, often negating wage gains for employees.
“My hours went from 30 to 20 a week,” said one Whole Foods employee in Illinois.
Ridgewood NJ, David Madden won $1 million after he and his team won the first-ever “Jeopardy!” All-Star Games tournament Tuesday. Ridgewood NJ, Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal announced today that Wells Fargo has begun a consumer redress review program through which customers who have not already been made whole through other remediation programs can seek to have their inquiry or complaint reviewed by a Wells Fargo escalation team for possible relief.
The consumer redress review program was a key component of Wells Fargo’s overall $535 million settlement with New Jersey, 49 other states and the District of Columbia in 2018 to resolve claims that the bank violated state consumer protection laws through multiple unlawful actions.
Those actions included (1) opening millions of unauthorized accounts and enrolling customers into online banking services without their knowledge or consent, (2) improperly referring customers for enrollment in third-party renters and life insurance policies, (3) improperly charging auto loan customers for force-placed and unnecessary collateral protection insurance, (4) failing to ensure that customers received refunds of unearned premiums on certain optional auto finance guaranteed asset/auto protection (GAP) products, and (5) incorrectly charging customers for mortgage rate lock extension fees.
Ridgewood NJ, according to Ridgewood Water , “We have a responsibility to protect our drinking water supply from exposure to and contamination with toxic PFAS, and yesterday’s filing is just one step of many that we are taking towards fulfilling that responsibility. The companies that knowingly sold and promoted these products – despite recognizing that they would impact our drinking water – must be held accountable for the costs we will incur to remove them, and that is what this lawsuit is all about.
Ridgewood NJ, Prior to Monday’s voting session,Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick released the following statement on the Trenton Democrat’s plan to tax parking (A5070).
“Another voting session in Trenton, another new tax on hard-working New Jerseyans. Today it’s another new tax on parking your car. Last month it was the rain tax. The Democratic majority is tone-deaf to the financial burden place on average citizens.”
In the release, pollster Patrick Murray noted “New Jerseyans seem to separate their views of the state as a whole from how they feel about their own neighborhoods.”
