Ho-Ho-Kus NJ, the Hermitage Museum’s gift shop to see this one of a kind pool cue. This pool cue, which comes with a certificate of certification, was made from a tree that fell on the Hermitage property. We call it the Washington Tree because the 250 year old tree stood during George Washington’s stay at The Hermitage. The woodworker who crafted this exquisite piece said, “put in the right hands, this cue can produce magic and conquer all who desire to compete against it”.

Ho-Ho-Kus NJ, on July 11th at 11:00 PM the Ho-Ho-Kus Fire Department was dispatched to a MVC on Route 17 southbound at the Hollywood Avenue exit. Units arrived to find one vehicle into the woods on it’s side and heavily damaged with the driver trapped inside. The impact was so severe that the car’s engine and transmission were both detached and ejected away from the vehicle. Crews immediately went to work stabilizing the vehicle while an EMS team from Ho-Ho-Kus Ambulance Corps evaluated the victim. After cutting and removing the roof, one individual was extricated and packaged for transport to a local hospital.
