Glen Rock Police Seek Truck in Hit and Run with Cyclist

Glen Rock NJ, the Glen Rock Police are seeking information regarding a truck that hit a cyclist at the intersection of Harristown Road and Berkeley Place around 2 p.m. Thursday, May 28th. A female bicyclist had been hit by the passenger side mirror of a truck, which had left the scene by the time officers arrived. Fortunately the women declined medical aid and appeared unhurt . The victim described the truck as a black utility-type vehicle commonly used for construction or landscaping.

The Glen Rock Police are investigating the matter. Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has information that could help identify the vehicle or driver is asked to contact Glen Rock police: (201) 652-3800.

  1. Be prepared you’re going to see a lot of bicycle accidents this summer. There’s a lot of bicycles being sold. And with summer camps and swimming pools have been delayed opening, and especially most of our kids have very little experience riding a bicycle. That’s because we kept him locked up inside on the computer.
