The event was part of several key League initiatives.

LWV is a liberal organization. To suggest this org doesn’t support specific candidates or issues is comical. The opening paragraph on the website states “working to protect and expand voting rights” just as they were leading the charge to eliminate Ridgewood residents Right to Vote on the annual School Budget. Who did they support in this effort? None other than Ms Winograd.

Lt Gov coming to Ridgewood?
Looks like RW is being targeted by state and national Democrat party as an easy mark for money and influence.

Amazing that the Lt Govenor, a very important position, and someone who values NJ’s rich history, was in the company of Mayor Paul Vagianos and Councilperson Siobahn Winograd, both who want to put a multi sports field over on the historic plot of land across the way from where this luncheon was being conducted. The irony is not lost on me. How would she feel if she knew? Being Lt Govenor is an amazing honor, bestowed on very few, so perhaps she would find it interesting to know what is really going on in Ridgewood and what the most important project that is being funded is really all about.
Nah, she didn’t become a member of the “Make NJ the Kalifornia of the east” team for nothing.
