Ridgewood NJ, the National Weather Service has issued a FROST ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 9 AM EDT WEDNESDAY. Temperatures as low as 34 will result in frost formation. Portions of southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey and southeast New York could be affected. The warning is in effect from midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Wednesday. Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left uncovered. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

Snow expected. Snowfall accumulations of 3 to 6 inches are expected Thursday, with total snowfall accumulations of 5 to 9 inches by the end of the event on Friday.
