I started my early years in Ridgewood and my parents purchased their first home on Pershing Avenue when I was ten years old. We moved in on a hot, steamy, bright, and sunny 4th of July. It is believed Village Council members will discuss this issue during their scheduled October 6 Public Work Session, and formally approve clean-up expenses at their scheduled October 13 Public Meeting.
