Lyndhurst NJ, on Friday morning the County broke ground at the site of the future Bergen County Rowing Center in the southern section of Riverside County Park. Once complete, this 14,285 sq. ft. two-story multi-purpose center will provide more efficient and increased boat storage, as well as improved instructional and community spaces. I am grateful for those that have helped make today’s groundbreaking a reality, including our community partners the Passaic River Rowing Association and the Passaic River Coalition.
