Gee Mayor Knudsen, why does this issue dominate Village politics? Any conflicts here for you ? And why is the Village raising municipal debt even before discussing the mysterious Property 21?
Has this house been certified as ancient? Has anyone in a Historical position of authority actually been inside and declared it original? Or are we spending money on something that may or may not be historical at all?
3:24. Three candidates for who wrote this. You guys are pitiful
4:10, I guess not all conflicts of interest are equal? Why is the Vilkage considering buying “Property 24”? Who is the beneficial owner of this property?
12:15, good question. If it is not historical, sell it. The Village should not be in the business of owning properties that can’t be developed for multiple uses for all residents. Who benefits from the Village owning this property? Follow the money.
