Ridgewood NJ, Work continuing at Chestnut Village. Dense element continues. Roofing continues. Getting our new retaining wall installed. When done the wall will be stained to blend more naturally. Wedding the vibration absorbing hvac mounts to the structure. Ridgewood Fire Department has been touring the building and checking out our construction techniques and the non flammability of the project. They also are familiarizing themselves with the layout and construction. We can appreciate their diligence and dedication to the safety of our workers and also our residents to come. Our switch gears are being installed for the electric as well.

I’ve watched this get built…at first I thought it was a prison.
Oak Street is the worst road in town…can’t imagine what the potholes will look like with the additional traffic flow associated with this new building.
They all look like cookie cutter fire traps ..Traffic will be insane
…county roads in Vor town and Linwood ave are a disgrace
And no the hot patch crew does not cut it
We need rebuilding of these roads from foundations up
trains at 5 30’am air horns screaming
Will rock their world …every day and late night
Cargo trains as well mid to late 3 am transits including tank and lumber cars switching traffic..
This “pitch piece” was written (grammatically incorrectly) by the developer or his/her shill. I love the part about “…feels like home sweet home”. Ha!
So all the sudden you give a shit about train horns?
Blowing in someone else’s ears?
Oh the humanity!
Traffic!
Potholes!
It’s the end of the world as we know because of a few condos.
Get a grip…if you can’t call the movers and off to Boca with you.
Can they build it any closer to the street?
.
It’s got to be the ugliest building in Ridgewood.
.
So glad they placed it in one of the prime centerpiece locations in town.

Pull the Oh humanity card :
Say hi to your builders Boss on Monday
This piece must have been written by a former used car salesman.
Wait until the cockroaches infest the whole place .
Glad to see it’s coming along. Great magnet for young professionals. Luddites take notice.
peesmith, wrong as usual…
First comment is classic uninformed idiot.
The project is on CHESTNUT STREET not OAK STREET.
If your gonna bitch about something you so painfully know nothing about at least get your location correct.
If you can’t do that it’s off to Boca with you as well.
The units look tiny… And the walls aren’t even up. What is the starting price, any pics yet of potential layout
Yes, the prison is on Chestnut but Oak Street is a block away. Try to think out of the box.
Mary pants wants to think out of the box.
You couldn’t punch yourself out of one so you’ll never get out of the box to “think outside the box”.
Now what?
I got it …stay in the box your GOING TO BOCA.
